I understand and accept all risks involved in tennis, including injury or illness.
I am responsible for my own health and confirm I am fit to participate.
I release the organizers, staff, and facility from any liability for injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur, even if caused by negligence.
I will follow all rules and safety instructions.
I am responsible for my personal belongings.
In an emergency, I give permission for necessary medical treatment at my own expense.
I consent to the use of photos/videos taken during activities.
